At Amon Enterprises Ltd, we want your order to reach you smoothly. This policy explains how and when we ship your order.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within New Zealand.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product type, the courier, and your destination. We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Large & Bulky Items
Large items such as beds, mattresses, furniture, and other bulky products may require special freight arrangements and may take additional time to deliver. If your order includes these items, we may contact you to arrange delivery.
Correct Delivery Details
Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided where available. Where a tracking number is supplied, it will be sent to you so you can follow your order's progress.
Pickup
Pickup may be available by arrangement. Please contact us if you would like to arrange collection.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or if an item is missing, contact us as quickly as possible with clear photos so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
