These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by Amon Enterprises Limited to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.

Prices, Specifications and Policies

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).  To help GST registered companies we also display GST exclusive prices. Amon Enterprises Limited reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We make great efforts to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, mistakes do happen and given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change frequently. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices differ from those presented on this web site. We will notify you if you purchased goods from us and the pricing or availability has changed.

Yield rates for Consumables are meant for guidance purposes only and should only be used on that basis. For more accurate yield rates, please check the manufacturer's specifications.

Online Process

We must receive payment of the full price for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received.

Privacy & Security

You may give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address and telephone numbers, when you make a purchase from us. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to provide products to you.

Amon Enterprises Limited collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently and quickly as possible. 
All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose, share or sell this information to other parties under any circumstances. We do not record or hold copies of credit card details;

Faulty Items

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you;

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty, please contact us first if you need to return a faulty item. Return of faulty items must be received within 14 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will then send you a replacement or offer you either a store credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
Return postage of items is at customers cost.
International customers must pay for all postage of returns.

Consumer Guarantees Act

If the goods have been acquired for business purposes, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. In these circumstances the only warrant offered by Amon Enterprises Limited (express or implied, statutory or otherwise) is the manufacturer's warranty accompanying the goods, and in no event shall the liability for direct or consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.

Risk and Ownership of the Goods
Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer, and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

Pending cleared payment in full of all monies due under this contract or in respect of any other monies owed by you to Amon Enterprises Limited the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Amon Enterprises Limited as legal and equitable owner.

Accuracy of Product Information

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct at the time of publication. 
Prices in the online store are current at time of display and subject to change without notice.

Freight and Delivery

Amon Enterprises Limited prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer for delay in delivery. All items are sent by courier unless otherwise stated. Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only but are not to be treated as a condition of sale.

Use of the Service by You

Your right to use the Service is personal to you.

You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the service for public or commercial purposes. The Service’s content, information and advice are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.

Other than connecting to the amonenterprises.co.nz servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to amonenterprises.co.nz servers by any means including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Service or otherwise.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, amonenterprises.co.nz and/or the service.
